  • Don't be too disappointed, a loss is a loss. It is way better than a gain. That's a healthy weight loss. One pound loss at a time will eventually get you to your ultimate goal.

  • You can do it. I suggest that you add a little more to your exercises & cut back on your calorie intake a little. Trust me, you will see a difference. My goal is to have 10,000 steps per day, for this final challenge, I'm going to increase it. Best of luck!!!
