Finally, saw lower movement on the scale. I started a new exercise regimen in August and I have been up 2 pounds since then. Today, I saw 142.6 on the scale, so 2.6 until goal!

Wahoo!! Fantastic job, finishing 30DS! Someone else said they hardly lost any weight or inches during it, but it seemed like when they were finished, they started losing weight at a faster rate. I think I gained when I did it, but I only made if 2 weeks or so, I was trying to combine it with C25K, and I kept injuring…
