I'm still bouncing around between 171-173...just getting over period, so will WI tomorrow again. I am trying to make myself weigh in every day except for when my period arrives. I was more than I thought I'd be today, but it didn't bother me because I know there will be a drop soon...to 170-171. Hopefully a bit sooner! I'd like to get to an ULTIMATE goal of 148...but don't think that's in my future...so 150-155 will be just fine!0

Down .6 at WI, so only 8.2 pounds until goal of 140. I did my WI on the 4th, but forgot to post on here! : )0

How tall are you? I'm still trying to figure out a reasonable goal, but I guess there are no easy answers. I'll just have to wait and see when I get there. Good luck!0 -

Down to 127.2. Thought I might be heading into a long plateau since the scale's been bouncing around for the last 3 weeks, but not just yet. Probably need to step up the exercise soon to keep from stalling out. I'd really like to make my goal weight (actually, goal shape - don't care about a couple of pounds one way or the other) by my birthday. Still doable, I think. I've got a couple of months left.0

I had been avoiding weighing in as I've been eating everything in sight for the past few weeks but it wasn't as bad as I thought, I had only gained 3 lbs but then I've been eating normally for this past week so that probably helped a bit.
Start weight in May: 154 (11 stone)
12th June: 152 (10 stone 12)
12th July: 155 (11 stone 1)0 -

Have reached my goal. Well actually I have lost 1lb more than my goal... Now weigh 139lbs, down from 210 in May 2012. I am very, very pleased0

Down to 126.5 this morning. Funny how high Chinese Dim Sum will take you (had it last weekend, increased 3lbs overnight ;P) - must have had astronomical amounts of sodium.0

Oops, missed a few check-ins. I am down to 134lbs.= 20 lbs. lost, 14 more to go (maybe)! Looking to get to 22% body fat rather than focus on the scale number. Lifting weights and logging every day! Feeling pretty happy about my progress! :happy:0

From 17 June to 22 July - a loss of 3lbs! Down to 135 lbs

Great loss today, 1.8 pounds! That's about a month's worth of losses for me, so I'm very excited about that! Only 5.4 pounds until goal, I am excited!!0

Visiting family, so no scale and too much delicious food. I'm trying to make up for it by being more active. I just hope I at least maintain while here instead of gaining.0

125.2 this morning. Apparently, saving calories for a couple of days for a special occasion and then not really needing them does a body good. Maybe I should try intermittent fasting for real, instead of by accident0

This group has slowed to a screeching halt!
Since I last checked in here, I'm down to 141.5 only 1/2 lb to a healthy BMI!
I first hit 151 on March 24. So that means I've been working on these last 10 lbs for over 5 months! UGH!0 -

FInally dropped that last pound for my original goal. Down to 122.8 this morning. It's not 'real' yet - my pattern is to have a new low one morning, bounce back up a lb for about a week (thanks weightlifting), then the following week have the new low be my new normal.
I'll still be around for a while. I've re-evaluated how much I want to lose and my new goal is somewhere between 115 -120.0 -
I reached my goal this week too. I am finally at a healthy BMI! I have also adjusted my goal to 135. I am happy with the size I am right now, but I still have some extra fat to get rid of!0

Finally, saw lower movement on the scale. I started a new exercise regimen in August and I have been up 2 pounds since then. Today, I saw 142.6 on the scale, so 2.6 until goal!0
