I have been shopping at Aldi for over a year now.. I still don't understand why some refuse to by milk, and meats there.. My store has near perfect fruit every day.. I have a great Dietitian also.. Also in Texas / Denton Area.. I am so happy in 3 weeks with my results i would recommend her to anyone.. I have pictures but still embarrassed with how i look but happy on the results.

i see alot of great "fake pics" post your before and after pics.. i just took my 3 weeks after pic and i am amazed.. I am still embarrassed but i am happy at my lose in the last 3 weeks.. I feel better look better (but not great).. I could post mine but i would look horrible compared to the others posted

yeah it has several different aspects on it.. and it allows you do do body type.. small, regular and large frames..(big boned) .

trust me i gained 65 lbs in the last 3 years.. most of it in the last 2.. I was probably 1500 one day and 3-4,000 then next 3 days..
