I'm starting P90X tomorrow. I did Insanity a year or so ago for 2 weeks. Too much jumping for me:) It was a tough work out, but I'm in my 50/s and have foot issues from running for years when I was younger. My husband threw up doing the Fit Test and that was it for him

5'3 & 3/4 Goal weight is 135. I've been less, but don't really feel the need to wear a size 3 any more. I'd rather be a healthy weight and get to eat and drink a beer every now and then:)

Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich if you haven't read them. They are very funny and they are making a movie about the first one. I read one a couple years ago when I had foot surgery & ended up reading the next 15 in 8 weeks.

OMG I think I ate my way through Oct, Nov & Dec. I am over it! I'd like to join the group. I have at least 25lbs to lose and started Atkins again today. Low Carb is definitely the way I need to go. Are we going to do a New Years Challenge?
