  • You can't expect to lose weight by just eating properly. You have to exercise, too. The 2 lbs you lost was most likely water weight... Unless you starve yourself, that is the only way you'll lose 26 lbs and I don't recommend you to not eat. You must eat right plus exercise! =]
  • If I were to just run 5 days a week without using any weights, do you know if I'd gain muscle in my legs or if it would just slim down? That being my entire legs. Thanks!

  • I always have trouble with fast food. It's just so much easier to stop by & order to go than to go home and start cooking when you're starving. I need to bring snacks to work to hold me over! It'll save me a ton of money, too.
