I usually stay under no matter my exercising. Usually aim for a couple hundred calories under. When I use our elliptical, I use the calories burned right from that. But wasn't sure on walking, jogging, etc... Thanks for quick responses. I've lost about 5lbs and have about 25-30 more I'd like to use. Have just started…
