On the abs, I was doing a lot of crunches....the abs were in there from before just hidden by that belly...hehe

Once I made it to my goal weight, i no longer felt I needed to restrict as much. I am just at a state of maintaining my current weight and maybe lose a little here and there. Good luck to you.....

Thanks first month was tough stayed around 1250 calories, then bumped up to 1500, now around 2k.

Well lost most in about 3 months, but still chipping away the last month or so.......
