Just want to send a quick thanks to such a great app, really made a difference in my weight loss and body transformation. Trying to figure out how to add some before and after shots??

    Well lost most in about 3 months, but still chipping away the last month or so.......

    Thanks first month was tough stayed around 1250 calories, then bumped up to 1500, now around 2k.
