Try baked chips, and low salt that will help, buy a natural salsa or make one yourself(store bought stuff is HIGH in sodium) Everyone will appreciate it, plus it is a good habit to get into, teach your girl right, that veggies and fruit are a good snack not an obligation!!! Great job. It's hard to find what works for us. Eating is individual, I personally could easily not eat until dinner but its bad for you and then I dont worry about being healthy b/c hey, its all I've had today! Hope I figure my foodout like you have!!

My goal, to not emotional eat while dealing with my mother, sister and her kids!!! Love them to pieces but they are a lot of work!! I have eaten...but with 10kids under foot not logged yet. The only nuts that I can eat are peanuts, are these still good? You always hear about almonds being good.

The Shot is what started my weight issues, I was @ 110 before, and quickly packed on almost 20 lbs, with nothing different. For me the shot was a disaster!!!! My hormones have never been right again, and it's 10 years later. But your right, any hormonal birth control can do it!

Wow, thats a lot of food and cal. lucky me I dont do gravy or stuffing of candied yams...the bad stuff is off my liked foods!!! I agree, only pure water should be counted as water! Otherwise you could count a coke b/c it has carbonated water in it! Drink the 64 oz of water and you find the other stuff isn't needed. I would go for an apple vs. apple juice, better use of cals!!!

What do you know, I talked openly to him and he said he will try to get it and that I do work hard and need some time, and he asked me to open up more!!! This fixing my weight from the inside out is great!!!!!
