Revisiting this group.....a bit of an update. Been using a Fenix 5x for a few years and its fantastic!!! Almost never off my wrist. Cycling, swimming, sailing, walking, hiking, sleeping, traveling etc etc.

January 21 update: changed to Friday weigh-ins. Gave up coffee/caffeine to reduce fat storage and cortisol after very high 7 am blood test reading.
