You're body needs you to eat back those calories so that it can recover. If you are at to much of a calorie deficit, your metabolism will slow down.

A lot of the nutrition from the yolks is lost from cooking. And raw eggs taste fantastic in protein shakes. I have them ever day and love it! Sometimes I shoot eggs with hot sauce… Tabasco or Louisiana!

If I wasn't using fermented milk (kefir) I would easily be doing the same. I usually use the fat-free at night with my casein, otherwise, it is kefir.

I use it for cooking… it has been replacing butter a bit for me. Not totally, as I love butter, but a bit. I have almost stopped using lard altogether. That is a shame… Oh well. If I ever buy bacon, I will render it and use it in a stew or something!!
