Well, my crawfish ettouffe is mostly veggies, smothered to perfection, and that is on satisfying meal. And it makes me feel good. Same with my homemade beans... full of veggies and boy does it satisfy!!! And they are low calorie.

In all reality, tv dinners and fast food are not part of a "balanced" diet. It would be best to not have such food go into the body. Well, if you want to un-bore your nuts, you can get some mascarpone cheese, dark chocolate (I prefer Lindt) and put some of the mascarpone on the chocolate and top it with walnuts. All kinds of good fat!! And it is delicious!

Yeah, I will occasionally get a gag if Iget a gulp with a lot of the taste. Otherwise I taste mostly the fruit and yogurt. But is the occasional (doesn't happen with every smoothie for sure) that it happens, no me gusta!!!

Use wild rice blends rather than white rice. Cook your own pots of beans, and incorperate onions, garlic, peppers and such. Use a lot of veggies. I learned through logging and creating recipes here on MFP that many of my meals are not just healthy, but low calorie. I was really surprised!
