haha, you're rite though, I am 160cm, BMI says I am okay, but body shape fail, my lower part body are bigger, so...have to lose weight...unfortunately i cant decide where to lose...

i also did think of taking pills to lose weight but forget it, its not good for your body, many ppl end up laying in hospital because of all this "miracle pill" , waste money and lose health, not lose weight.

I have a food diary with me other than using this site. coz sometimes i cant online so a food diary is better for me. yes I have set up my goal, now i am 60kgs and i wan to lose at least 5kgs before jan 2013.
