just an idea, try high top tennis shoes, like basketball shoes. they are made for ankle resistant sports. it may help! sorry it is bothering you so much, its got to be a pain.

i say listen to how your body feels. some do and some dont eat them back. you have to figure out what works best for you. good luck

no eat your chicken honey! i have about 150+grams a day...if you are doing any kind of weight treining you should really take in about 75% of your body weight....eat it! enjoy

spin all the way! :) total cardio burn and all core exercising!

i lift heavy weights daily and i dont look like a man...woman who look like men are trying to look like that, it doesnt just happen, so i say lift the heavys ladies....good luck on your journey!

i am sorry to hear this, i know this has got to be a very frustrating thing to live with, however have you tried stuff like blended protein powders and yogurts, how do they do? how does it affect your physical activity?

cutting processed foods, added sodium and preservatives, if you cant kill it or grow it, dont eat it...simple!

try doing shoulder shrugs 3x's a week light to heavy reps...it may be a lat problem...strengthen those and it may help you with lifting...hope this helps...oh and i say keep going, are you getting plenty of protein after lifting for recovery?
