Awesome! Just look at your stance in the first pic you posted...

If you're hitting you calorie goal before your protein goal you may be eating too much of something. Cheese has protein but it also has a lot of fat and at 9 calories/gram you may be maxing out on fat, thus calories, before protein.

Barbells, dumbbells (stay away from the pink ones;), kettlebells etc. Don't be afraid of the iron.

Crabs in a bucket. They are jealous and it's as simple as that. Just ignore them or tell them to worry about themselves. If they carry on with presuming to know what you will look like at 21-22 BMI, then tell them that you can easily change your own weight if you want to.

If you're tracking your exercise, my guess is that you're over estimating the intensity thus the calories burned. This will give you a false alarm of having too few net calories. You may very well have taken in enough. I would just track your calories in, still focus on your activity but just don't put it into MFP until…

I weigh daily. I am in maintenance mode now and it helps me to determine if I've taken in too much Na, not enough K/H2O etc. I know I'm not going to gain a pound or 2 of fat in a day.

Eat at your current rate with correct macros. Keep your activity level where it is and add in strength training, not sure what the regimen looks like but don't be afraid of the barbell. Don't change anything for a month, assess then adjust from there. A lot of us get frustrated at the slow rate in which things change in…

It can also work in reverse too... most of my shirts are fine until I do overhead press or push press, then my gut falls out the bottom. I need some suggestions on longer cut shirts :-/

I didn't lose weight on the C25K program. I didn't start losing weight until I started lifting and eating better.

I hate this misconception so much. The bodybuilder ladies are on ridiculously strict diets and probably some "supplements".

Isopure Natural vanilla. No artificial sweeteners at all, tastes like a vanilla milkshake with no chemical taste. 1 scoop is 115 Calories with 25G protein. Uses Evaporated Cane juice (cane Sugar) and Luo Han Guo for sweetener. It is the best tasting whey protein I have ever had. Allstarhealth has it $10 cheaper than…

I'm cheating on cardio with dumbbells.

Finally instagram has a practical purpose ;)

Hello, here's what I do. Before you go out, look at the menu and know what your having ahead of time, I find this really helps. Also, look at a measuring cup and a tablespoon and visualize how much it is. If you have been weighing your food at home, you should have a pretty good idea about what 4 oz of meat looks like. I…

NYC, eh? I hear pigeon is pretty high in protein.

I prefer Joules myself.

Count everything. The shakes probably contain calories and should be treated as any other food. Tracking them will also help to keep track of your macro nutrients.
-
Also, If the last time you didn't track wasn't sustainable, will this time be? I think now that you have the data, it's time to analyze it(or get help to analize it) and deduce the root cause of the lack of weight loss.

Eggs. Egg whites if you are really concerned with keeping calories low.

Run a mile at your 5K pace, stop and do two sets of pushups, jumping jacks and burpees. Repeat two more times.

Get in there and work out like you own that place. Whenever I see someone else who is overweight (like me), taking the stairs, not using the rascal scooters in Walmart etc, I applaud the effort.

Nuts.

My first love was beer, all kinds of beer from the lightest of Cervezas Mexicanas to the highest gravity Imperial IPA's. About four months ago, my Father-in-law brought a sampler pack of Scotch Whisky with him when he came to visit. Since then, I really haven't had too much beer. I will have one 2 oz dram of Scotch every…

I am intolerant of fake /processed sugars (aspartame, sucralose, phenylalanine and the like). I use Isopure Natural vanilla Whey isolate and it is outstanding.

I quit cold turkey then started again, then tried doing five pushups every time I had a craving. What finally worked for me was the e-cig. I stepped down the nicotine level and then it broke and I never replaced it.

Yeah, I guess I'm hoping, for her sake, that she quits like she has before.

"Big boned' is an excuse for the lazy and justification for enablers.
