I made a pizza using oatmeal once. It was super delicious! I ground the oatmeal into flour and had about 2/3 oat flour and 1/3 oats. I'm telling you, not only was it absolutely delicious. It was so filling I had to roll around the rest of the night.

I drink 20-24 cups a day. I drink out of a nalgene (which is a liter). The easiest way for me to up my intake was to wake up and FIRST thing drink a full liter. thanks! I guess as far as my HRM goes-- it feels more accurate than the MFP calculations and I have it set at 10 lbs under my weight. It is as accurate as what they say -- so hopefully pretty close. I don't wear it when I do yoga every time because my HR doesn't get up into the zone very often.

I use my fitbit. When I was running it was really spot on for my TDEE all day. However, since my cals are included in my calculations I don't log my workouts and now my fitbit is a couple hundred calories short everyday. still working on figuring this out. I've started to more recently. I like to track my water to keep track of weight fluctuations. If i have less I usually weigh more the next day. But it doesn't really matter because I only record my weight once a week. It's amazing what water intake does with the scale....
