I'm also in agreement with many here. The middle picture you are way to thin and gaunt. You look great in the last photo. I think you should just start working out to build some muscle. Keep up the good work. You look awesome.

My official weigh in day is Friday. If I lose or if I gain I record it. NOT just when I lose. Honesty is the best policy for me and it keeps me on track for the next weeks weigh in. But, I have never tained since starting my weight loss journey Sept. 13. I stayed the same one week and dropped the following week 2.4.

sounds good but 532 calories is alot for a meal. I never eat that many calories in one meal.

Yes its possible but not a very wise goal. We didn't gain this weight in a month and its not a good thing to lose it fast. If you don't reach that goal your setting yourself up for failure. I think you are eating to much sugar. Also you still have over 500 calories left for today. Do you always eat all your alotted calories? I suggest you eat more fruit, veggies and lean proteins (i.e. Chicken and fish) less the chocolate and sugary things you are using your calories for. Good luck

I did WW for many years counting points. I did good but found myself obsessed with figuring out points. It took way to much time and energy. I actually eat them quite often. I make a small salad and its perfect for a light lunch. I count calories so the sodium is not a concern of mine. I checked with my Dr. she said they are fine to eat for lunch.

we also have a smoker but personally we prefer the jerky made with the ground turkey, chicken or beef.

Your not eating enough. You need to eat close to your aloted calories or your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose. Your not eating balanced lunch and dinner. Good Luck

I too suggest you get a food scale. You can get them really inexpensive or get the digital expensive ones. I could not do this without it. I measure and weigh everything I eat and log it. Right down to the Teaspoons and Tablespoons. Good luck!

Leslie Sansone walking tapes are really good for inside walking. There are different distances on the tapes fo you can do it as long as you want or as little as you want. I put it on music only because sometimes her constant talking drives me nuts! LOL Good Luck.

No.. unless again its Water gain. But, its a good practice NOT to weigh yourself everyday for the simple fact that your weight does tip up and down. That is why my Dr. suggested weighing once a week at the same time. Just a suggestion. Don't beat yourself up .:love: Deb
