Just eat bacon. It's always better to eat the real thing versus the fake processed thing. Turkey bacon is an option, but it actually has MORE sodium than real bacon. Just cook up a piece or two of real bacon, dab off the fat and enjoy. Just don't do it every morning...or dinner.

Opening up my water bottle and it smells rancid. Like something died in it. Still not sure why. Extreme gas. The elderly man working out with you begins hovering. And I mean, standing next to you, as you're on a machine, attempting to "root you on". No matter what station I put Pandora on it can't give me a good tempoed…

I used to be like that a long time ago. Looking back I think a combination of situations and just life in general pushed me to "get over" my social anxiety. Don't get me wrong, I still get EXTREMELY tense and emotional in a lot of situations. But I've found that if I psych myself up before hand and try to get excited about…

Damn girl! You look fantastic!

You're a rockstart! Great job taking control of your life and getting HEALTHY. You look fantastic. :)

The above basically answered it. But I've found that if I eat back ALL of my calories worked off I either don't lose or a gain a little bit. I typically try and eat back only half of my exercise calories.

Hah! When I was a kid I used to go to buffets once or twice a year with this nice older lady I lived next to. I could put away the food. I remember eating 3 plates full, plus EVERY SINGLE DESSERT they had. Now days, I'd be lucky to finish a salad, maybe a few bites of something else and a little dessert. I kind of miss…

Work it girl! You're doing awesome. :)

Ditto. When I had long hair I always put mine in a messy loose bun on the top of my head.

I try and keep my meals around 300 calories and my snacks around 100 a piece. Usually bringing me around 1,200-1,400 calories a day. Maybe you need to eat a better combination of foods to keep you sustained. Make sure there's enough complex carbs, enough protein, and you drink enough WATER. Those are really my only…

Giving up only assures you will never be who you want to be. It's okay to feel defeated sometimes, and get upset with everything. I think sometimes you NEED that to kickstart your willpower to keep trying. I understand weightloss is a tough, life-long journey. My entire family is overweight, my grandmother was 300+lbs and…

If a guy can't go Dutch, I know it wont work out. I like to see that they are WILLING to pay the bill, but I want to split it.
-
I try and stay around 1,200-1,400. Losing 0-1.2lb a week. Although my weight has went up and down the same 4lb the past 6 months. :/

Wow! Everyone has done a fantastic job! Thanks for posting your pictures!

I shoot for a quick rinse once a day or so, but I do the full on shower/make myself smooth and conditioned every 2-3 days or so.

I just try and compare my options. We usually buy whatever the item is that has the least amount of sugar, without being full of artificial crap.

On $40 it's going to be VERY hard to get much protein, but you can load up on fruits, veggies, and bulk rice/beans.

You look fantastic. :) Awesome job.

Girl, I'm in the same boat. I work in a chain restaurant and everyone snacks ALL DAY LONG. I started bringing my own snacks. Yogurts, healthy sandwiches, oatmeal, etc. You have to mentally say "I will NOT eat this, I WILL eat this instead", and a lot of the time I'm angry and I eat it staring at someone scarfing down the…

I'm a nibbler. But usually breakfast when I first wake up, lunch 2-3 hours later, a snack a few hours after that, dinner whenever I can fit it in in the evening, and a snack and/or dessert an hour or so before bed. My schedule is pretty messed up from working late shifts, so I just eat when I'm hungry, or have time.

Switch it up. Look online for alternative ab workouts (plank is a good one), youtube videos, workouts OnDemand, etc. Remember, quality over quantity!

This is SO inspiring! I love the progression of your pictures. You look more and more beautiful and HAPPY as you scroll down. Keep going, you're doing an amazing job. :)

Fantastic progress so far! You're looking great. :)

Mine went from a 36GG to a 34F. SO thankful. Love your little boobies! They look nicer in tops. ;)

I actually love this. I've been wondering what careers make what money since I've been thinking about going back to school. I'm currently a waitress at two different jobs in the Pacific Northwest. I make $8.90/hr (this is my states min. wage) and average $5-$15/hr in tips. Every two weeks after all the taxes are taken from…

Thanks! I'll look into it. I have a small weight set (3, 5, 8lb) but I'm looking into purchasing a few more heaver weights.

Unfortunately DOCTORS give out DRUGS. It's basically what they're there for. I'm glad you've figured out a natural way to better yourself and get energy. If you don't mind me asking what supplements are you taking? I have a problem with being extremely tired All The Time. It's a combination of weird work schedule, anemia,…

You're amazing. :)

Personally, I think you're WAY over thinking it. Eat right, eat enough, don't over-eat, workout, drink water, done. The weight WILL come off. Don't restirct your body too much and don't set ridiculous limits that wont last in the long run. Remember, this is a lifestyle change and not a diet...if you want it to last. Also,…

My stats are somewhat similar when I first started. I started off eating 1,600 calories a day and working out 3-4 days a week. Once my endurance built up I lowered my cals to 1,500 and harder workouts. Then 1,300-1,400 and now I just workout whenever I can. No serious set regiment. Listen to your body. Eat enough protein,…
