  • Definitely prefer cold to hot! Was our running today - its not too cold today - only around -4 C, but felt great! Running in deep snow is also super fun - people look at you like you're crazy! :D

  • I burned 264kcal in 30 min (I turned off the HRM for the cool down)! :) But it all depends on your weight, how fit you are, etc! :) So I would suggest use the HRM at least once - and then just use that amount! :)

  • Love geocaching! And when we go - we usually bike, so that way I know the km and time. Sometimes we go on like 5 hours tour - really good way how to relax and burn some calories as well! :)

  • Well.. it could be that when you are in a plank, your shoulders are not exactly on the same line as your palms on the ground.
