Think of it this way...you'll never know until you do it. Plus, if you haven'tlost anything then you'll know you maybe need to work a little harder watching calories and working out. My bet is that you have lost some weight tho :)

thanks hun! It said between 140 and 170 was a good hear rate for me, but 197 is the max. I do usually between 164 and 176.

I do both so I don't get tired of the gym. However, i feel like the gym has a lot more variety to offer me in the form of classes, cardio machines and strength training. It helps that I live on an army base and its a short drive from my house.

If you have time at lunch walk the stairs in your building or take a walk outside...you could walk on your other 15 min breaks too!

I tend to feel very bloated during my "time", but try snacking on frozen fruit or popcron...which is salty but not as many calories...i like kettle corn and they have some in low calories options at any grocery store..

you may be tired of the same routine. try switching it up. you may also be burnt out, try taking one days rest.

I am not great with free weights, but after I do cardio I use the weight machines. They are way easier to use than the free weights I think and very effective. Plus you can do it over three days. I focus on legs and shoulders one day, biceps and back one day and triceps and chest one day. I just do cardio the days in…
