I can understand how frustrating that can be....try to focus on the positive changes. You are a thiner, happier, healthier mom for your kids and wife for your husband. Plus 30 pounds will make a big difference, I think your tummy will tone yet.

The liquid form is suppose to be more easily absorbed into your body...mine wasn't too expensive and does have a slightly cough medicine taste, but I hate taking big pills so it works better for me!

I would go with the hear rate monitor... usually I find that MFP has higher numbers than the machine I'm using or a hear rate monitor.

Did you enter your age and weight into the mahine? If you did I would most def. go with the machine as it knows exactly how hard you worked!

I say watch your portions. If you eat in moderation you will do just fine. Don't eat more than a bite of something unless you absolutley love it, so you make sure your calories really count. I also do extra exercise on a day when I know I am going to a social event just to cover all my bases! Hope this helps!

I found myself eating when I was sitting around at home and bored. Now I ask myself why am I eating? If the answer is not because I am hungry then I DO NOt eat. I did lose some weight, but I gained it back when I quit the program. I think for me I learned its better to just watch my cal intake and eat healthier options. Unfortunatley weight loss can't be sped up lol. But depending on how much weight you have to lose it might work for you...

I was hungry when I did it, but I only used the shakes. I haven't tried their bars or anything so maybe those are more filling. I did, however, get very sick of the shakes.

I go to the gym 5 or 6 times a week...I alternate days doing just cardio usually around 45 or 50 min, and then the next day I'll do cardio for 30 and then strenght training. On the day I do strength training I'll focus on certain areas, like legs and shoulders, back and biceps, and tricepts and chest. I do abs everyday tho.

I am five ten as well and I weighed 180 when I met my husband and was pretty happy with my weight. I agree, I love curves too. My goal is 160, just because I have never weighed that little and want to see if I can do it, but I think 180 look great!
