This is one of my all time favorite things to cook!
It serves 6.
Cals per Serving: 522
Ingredients:
1 box of whole wheat bow tie pasta
1 pound of lean (97/3) ground beef
1 4oz container of blue cheese
2 bunches of green onions
3 TBS. olive oil
6 TBS. balsamic vinegar
Spices such as garlic, onion flakes, chili powder, paprika
Directions:
1. Boil water for the pasta
2. Brown the beef adding in the amount of spices you desire.
3. Chop the green onions and add to the browned beef. If you like balsamic vinegar a lot like me you can extra to the beef as well.
4. Mix the oil and balsamic together with a wisk and set off to the side.
5. When the pasta is done cooking drain and return to the pot.
6. Mix in the oil/balmic mixture, the container of blue cheese, and the beef with green onion.
7. Mix well and serve!

I'll have to try this one. I'm a blue cheese fiend. I will probably have to drop the servings though. My man doesn't like it.0

Sounds uh-mazing!0

This sounds yummy! Do you serve it cold? I would probably drop out the noodles to lower calories and have it with a salad or over salad0
