Yea I am too! I try and eat healthier but I'm not cutting anything out except for I'm eating less sodium. I want to enjoy food still just not let it take over my life lol!

If you belong to a gym you can walk the track or the treadmill...

I would eat a protein bar a half an hour before you work out...

it does both cardio and strength training...you just have to type strength training in the cardio search box :)

Instead of Soda get flavored carbonated water, i get light fudge pops that are 35 calories instead of other sweets, you can try lettuce wraps with turkey instead of sandwiches...I get pita chips instead of chips or crackers...hope this helps!

Personally, I think a change in healthier eating and moderate excercise is the way to go. You need to find something you can stick to or the weight will come back. This method may be quicker, but I think in the long run will make it harder for you...

I plan all my meals for the day in the morning. I think it helps me to stick to what I choose if I have already logged it.

let me give you an AMEN! I'm tired of people who think they can cheat and lose the weight. It might work for a bit but it always backfires!
