I go by my fitness pal reccomendations for calories intake. I NEVER eat my calories back. I set it to lose 2 ibs a week 10 months in and I have lost 108 pounds pretty close to an average of 2 pounds a week. I tried to figure out all the extra stuff and just got confused.

I think anything in moderation is okay. Calories in calories out is my motto. I am not on a diet. I eat what I when I want it. I do not stock my cabinets with chips, cookies ect. I did not get 200 pounds overweight from eating in moderation. But I am correcting that by changing my lifestyle. Its works for me. what works…

have you changed things up? When my loss changes I change my workout routine or bump up my protein ect. But sometimes we hit spots like that. Just continue and you will see it start to kick in again. YOUR AWESOME! keep up the great work!

this is a tough one to answer. I borrowed a bodybugg from a friend to see how many calories I burned in a day. I can say this with the exercise I did and the other calories burned thourghout the day the machines are pretty close added to the other events of the day. I am not sure how much weight you have to lose or how many calories your eating. When I started I said I wanted to lose 2 pounds a week it gave me about 1600 calories to eat I was about 200 pounds overweight. Have you had your thyroid checked? I guess surgery is always an option for me I just could not see doing this…
