Crap I've been found out.

LMAO. My friend changed plans a couple more times and then just went with the original plan to do a local wedding. I figured with the amount of times she'd changed her mind already I should just wait and see.

Telling people to go places and them saying no. Getting a headache then calling other people to tell them to go places and they say no some more. Someone says yes then they say no then they say yes.

When guys describe themselves as "chill" or use expressions like "come through" instead of "come over" I assume they're womanizing loser douches who are unemployed and live with their moms
-
weins. jk... eyes?

That place looks amazeballs.
-
Nope. She started throwing these plans out today

Like to the Dominican republic. I don't think three miles down the road is destination...

I think the hard part is everyone else is on board and excited.

Yes, money comes with it, but when you change plans from a local wedding where the expectations are paying for your dress and shoes and contributing to showers and the bachelorette to a destination wedding and paying for a resort and taking several days off work it's not really what "comes with the deal." The date and…

Read it. I'm in shock honestly.

Boring AF and probably slightly overpaid? But still feel underpaid?

My boyfriend thought it would be flattering to say "I just assume you dated all the guys you've introduced me to." Apparently he in his sleepiness thought this was a compliment because he meant because I'm so pretty and social. I believe him too. He's nothing but sweet to me. Men say the dumbest things sometimes. We…

At 165 with a goal of 135, should I have lose skin when I get to goal?

I don't buy face wash. I use shampoo. Seems like if it's good enough for my scalp should be good on my face. No complaints here. I do moisturize though. WITH HAND LOTION. Sue me.

UGH. I love them but never thought to look at the ingredients as most chocolates are safe for me with celiac, but they contain barley malt. I was so sad.
-
True. I can see that. I think I'll be okay because there will be so many people there. I'm not one to go for seconds at big social events. I get anxious.

To the bold: Thank you. I'm tired of hearing people say that I should be getting up even earlier than my typical 5:30am after being up past 11 studying to go to the gym, otherwise I'm "making excuses." Or that my one free day a week I should be doing a bunch of food prep instead of resting and taking care of other needs.…

That's a good point. My daily goal is already a little hard to stick to though so I think I'm better off skipping.
-
I'm skipping the meal so I CAN overeat at dinner. lol but still stay withing caloric limits
-
Oh yeah. I'm definitely not looking to blame difficulty on that or anything. I was more curious than anything.

The only fasting I do is when I haven't been regular. Just lots of water for a day or two to help things along :D

I'm having trouble finding non woo articles about this, but what I am seeing is that BMR starts to decrease in early adulthood andywhere from 2-5% a year? And that in middle age it accelerates even more...

This is exactly me. Except military. But yeah, I biked, walked, took busses (which was a lot of walking too), waited tables, etc. Then I got a car and a desk job at 25 and my body congratulated me with a 25lb present.
-
Oh thanks for that distinction. I know for sure my TDEE has gone down (duh, desk job, car instead of bike, etc) but I guess I more meant BMR. Bold: I've been trying to do that ever since I switched to driving! I used to walk a minimum of 5 miles a day just to get to and from work. Plus being a waitress and bartender! I…
