I have taken several courses in this over the last year and a half and I don't agree with Myfitnesspals logic of eating your exercise calories. If your normal daily activities calories burned is 1900 and you want to loose 2 lbs per week that can me done by burning 1000 more per day. That shouldn't be done all by diet. You…

I am in! My current weight is 174.2 lbs and I am 5'3". Since I don't loose weight very quickly I will shoot for a goal of 165 by Christmas. I have not been out of the 170's since I had my 3rd child 5 years ago. I really want to leave the 170's behind forever!
