  • Just what everyone has said. This has been about breaking bad habits and creating new ones for me. I make sure I track my bad days too or I'm in denial that doughnut ever existed and it becomes 2 or.....even 3!
  • Hi can you add me too. I need some motivation to get me going again!
  • The pile of fat clothes is growing as I shrink 2 bin liners full ready to take to the charity shop.

  • Last week my goals were # 1 in addition to my 5 spin classes I want to get some real miles on my bike, my first goal is to try and get out before work.....I'm not a morning person so this is a real challenge! • Hi so glad I found this group as I just finished a 10 week challenge and found it really helped me. I'm going on holiday end of June so it would be lovely to shift another 14lbs. • Yes pre logging helps me. I also commit to going to the gym by logging an estimated burn. I think in 94 days of logging I have only deleted one work out that never happened.

  • Wow! That's some serious determination you've got there! Well done and I know the dangers of airports and service stations, boy can they tempt us with the cheeky fast food goodies! Really pleased you have found some answers to your allergy triggers that must be such a relief.
  • Hi I've sent requests to you both.
  • Wow you have been busy and focused! How far do you run? I do miss running but after injuring my back last year (10km cross country run) I'm nervous about trying again until I've lost some more weight, the less impact on my back the better but never say never again. Until then I'm mainly spinning 6 to 7 times a week, plus…
  • Got a long way to go yet but I am really pleased with the results so far. There is a new me evolving and I like what I see. Got into some old jeans the other day which was a great feeling.
  • I'm so happy I found this thread! I'm 6ft tall was 257lbs, currently at 236lbs. My first goal was to get to 197lbs but now I'm thinking I should aim for more. Great positive posts, really inspiring. I like being tall apart from when I stumble into the rows and rows of petite clothing racks in the shops and struggle to find…

  • Don't under estimate the size of your hiccups.....serious life changing events that for obvious reasons have taken the focus off you and meant that your family have come first, healthy eating must have been the last thing on your mind. I lost my mom last year after a long illness and I found I gained a lot of weight whilst…

  • Where has everyone gone? I love this group Mondays keep me motivated!
  • My pet hate is the "go on! One won't hurt" .....well if you add up all those ones that's how I got myself in this state! I just tell people I need to move more and eat less rubbish, its about changing my lifestyle and enjoying an occasional treat rather than it being an unhealthy norm.
  • Not doing it this year but I have done this and similar charity events. Like you I was not a runner to start off by training and building up to the event will make it more enjoyable and you will find the support of others on the run and on the sidelines will boost you too. Plus there is an injection of adrenalin you get…
