new stone zone!
Today I got into the 15 stone zone ......only by 1lb but I'm there! Next mini goals....If I can lose 1 more pound I hit the 2.5 stone weight loss mark, if I lose 2lb my BMI is no longer obese, just overweight. Feeling happy, determined and more energized than I have in years so glad I started this!

reached my half way goal
Weigh in today I jumped over the half way mark to my goal.....such a great feeling and its made me see I can really do this. 5 months ago this point seemed like a distant dream, almost impossible and to be honest I still can't believe it ???? Just wanted to share.

No change since last week which is disappointing but its not a shock either.......so the final score starting weight 250lbs now at 233lbs.....17lbs gone ! Chest. Started at 52", now 49".......-3" Waist started at 42" , now 40.5"....-1.5" Hips. Started 48.5" , now 45"......-3.5" Bicep started 14.5" , now 13.5"......-1"…
