Hi my name is Karen and during 2013 I gained a lot of weight due to a back injury, a family illness (months of hospital visits etc), death and the subsequent grieving not to mention a really busy year at work, all in all 2013 was not a good year for me and I managed to gain 28 pounds through poor diet and lack of exercise.
I have previuosly done WW but as my mobile does not support their app it was time to move on as i don't want to pay for something that is going to be inconvenient to use. First 5 days on MFP and I'm 3lbs lighter (however my tracker doesn't seem to say this need to find out what i have done wrong).
This is a positive start, hope i can keep this going as I want to lose 60lbs.
Any advice or support greatly appreciated.
