No change since last week which is disappointing but its not a shock either.......so the final score
starting weight 250lbs now at 233lbs.....17lbs gone !
Chest. Started at 52", now 49".......-3"
Waist started at 42" , now 40.5"....-1.5"
Hips. Started 48.5" , now 45"......-3.5"
Bicep started 14.5" , now 13.5"......-1"
Thigh started 24.5" , now 23"......-1.5"
Calf. Started 17" , now 16.5".......-0.5"
11" lost!
BMI started 33.9, now 31.6
All in all a positive 10 weeks.......not exactly ripped yet but more confident and a lot fitter and healthier than I was at the start.

Wow, excellent work, DB!!! That is amazing overall progress!
So hey, I'm not ripped either, but I'm super happy to have made the progress I did in 10 weeks. I'm still holding at 150lbs, but I feel a million times better. Cleaning up my diet ended up being the thing I needed to get over my plateau, and I'm thrilled that I had a chance to figure it out while using this group as an excuse to dig around and research. I just started biking again, so I'm confident I'll be able to keep going.
