Good luck.... I had previously done about 40 lbs in 6 months without being very active.... with exercise, I'd think 50 lbs would be possible w/ this site.

There's no evidence whatsoever that diet soda is unhealthy to drink. I've never quit, but MFP definitely made me cut way down... maybe a night or 2 a week I'd have a few beers, but had to make sure to drink lights to keep the calories down.

Earlier this year, I lost 40 lbs eating chipotle's burrito bowls at least 1 time a week. As long as you come in under calories, its perfectly fine (and delicious)!

Bottled water is wayyyyyy overrated.... most tap water is just as good and just as healthy, unless you live somewhere with a bad water supply. Bottled water is kind of a scam....
