well one key factor some forget is, sodium...have you checked how much sodium you have been eating..to lose weight you should drink alot of water to absorb how much you took in an that will flush it out an any excess weight you have..i found that out a month ago an weighed my self each time i used it when i had less sodium…

The point that was being made was if your eating 1290 and working out..it is not healthy because your eating too little and most likely will be losing 2lbs or more...if you were eating more than 1290 and eating higher around the 1800-2000 calories, you would be losing exactly 2lbs and not more and would be healthy..Put it…

According to calculator.net if you were not working out at all...this would be your recommendation.. You need 2,197 Calories/day to maintain your weight. 2,197 You need 1,697 Calories/day to lose 1 lb per week. 1,697 You need 1,197 Calories/day to lose 2 lb per week. 1,197 You need 2,697 Calories/day to gain 1 lb per week.…

well..most people wind up just figuring their calories out on a different site an then plugging in their own nutrition on here and just never mess with the update button because MFP confuses it sometimes. If i were to have hit recommend on mine, it would say i should eat 64 sugar and i know that is definitely not good so…

Right, i said if she change her workouts it will change calories..just as you said if she changes activity level, it change calories.
-
Also, it goes back to what i said..your diary is not basing it off of 1290 calories, it is basing it off of 1500 calories... 1500 calories + 666 calories from workout equals 2166 calories and eating 2033 will equal 133..if it was 1290 then that + 666 will equal 1956 calories...but if you ate 2033 then you will be over 77…

The reason it is showing that is because it is calculating based on your CALORIES BURNED as well. When you look at the numbers you see that is shows over 2,000 calories. So yes, it will not show up accurately when you plug in your workout during the day. But if you wait till the end of the day an plug it in, you will see…
-
Oh I forgot to add, you said you were changing your workouts..that also changes your calories because depending on how much you workout determines if you need more or less calories..so if you wanted to stay at 1500 but workout more, than dont hit the automatic button, just go in an change the goals manually in custom an…

When you lose weight, the calories decrease based on your new weight which is why myfitnesspal AUTOMATICALLY changes it. If YOUR the one who personalized it, then you do not click the automatic update button, you have to reset it yourself for your new calories and goals because myfitnesspal is going to reset it to what…

mmm let's see...if you healthy but want curves, i would not say gain weight to get curves but to gain muscle. Muscle will give you curves with a tight firm body..

What i use to do when someone talked about my weight if i was too skinny or ill or losing more, i just take out a sticky and write my "height and weight" on there and then i hand it to them and tell them to pick any calorie site online and they'll get their answer. haha Best way to avoid them instead of answering them back…
