I used Keen's and Merrills, spend the money on good quality shoes and you'll be free of PF. I did a ice cold can and rolled it on the bottom of the foot. Stretched calves daily, Everyone is correct get ride of the flip-flops

was, however dropped 63#'s, been good for 7 months, only 1 bad habit...too much drink, hence once I gain 3 #'s , i elinimate it and return back to normal after 3-4 days. I exercise 5 days per week 30-45 minutes fairly intense

Cardio and strength, remember to focus on nutrition (keep your protein up) and drink lots of water. This will make sure flab stays away

Your eating is not good. Get rid of the fast foods and processed foods. Focus on fruit, veges, nuts, and lean meats (chicken, turkey, fish, lean beef). No white stuff...Always whole grains/wheat. No soda not even diet. 3 meals a day and healthy snack in between. Exercise daily 30-45 minutes vioriuosly...you'll be ripped in…

Forget the diet names...focus more proteins, fruits and vegee's, and if you want grains do brown ones single ingredients. I would never give up my plain greek non fat yogert at a wopping 23 gms of protein.You can add your own blueberries/strawberries/blackberries/nuts

If your really eating 2500 cals and still losing weight, a female at 117, your BMI is at the low range, Hopefully your getting the approximately correct share of carbs, protein and fats..... I definitely would go to see a doctor.

I got one 10 months ago. Its excellent. I use spinach, a little kale, blueberrries, strawberries, raspberries, greek non fat plain yogert, banana, flax seed and almonds. I sometimes add local honey and cinnimin. Once in a while broccilli, oranges, apples...its endless. Get many fruit and veges quickly.....urges gone

ditch the slim fast. Focus on fruits, veges, whole grains, nuts and protien. Need to exercise, cardio and resistance. The diets reduce muscle, and the slows metablism. Believe me I did many of same things only to gain it all back then some.

You'll need to do resistance training and cardio. Keep changing it up so you confuse your muscles, if not they adjust after a while and you will not get the fat loss your after. The resistance training will keep your skin from getting flabby, it will also help you build lean muscle. Make sure you stay focused on nutrition.…

Great job...keep it up. I found even the days you don't want to exercise, just show up and start, its amazing what happens. Before long your finished and your proud of yourself. Again great journey!

1200 calories seems to low. When you go up focus on protein, watch out for sodium!!! freddie-ray
