I was so embarrassed! I did the same thing, I have severe depression and life was being especially stressing so I gave up for a bit, but now I'm ready to get back on the ball! I'm glad you found your way back too and good luck with a healthy lifestyle!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR btw!

oh and add chocolate powder/syrup and get chocolate ice cream. Frozen bananas are also great for smoothies. Make sure you freeze them before they ripen any more the longer they sit out the stronger the banana flavour.

Tofu, I'm not full vegan but people really should try to incorporate vegan dishes into meals. There are TONS of recipes. Try some :wink:
