I really like eggs, nuts and nut butters. How about you? And how do you like to eat it(the way of cooking or what do you add)?

My homemade Chicken cutlets are everyone`s favorite in the house so I make lots!
- Day 1 - we just eat them with chopped tomato, onion in a balsamic dressing over salad
- Day 2 - I make chicken parmigiana with spaghetti squash on the side
- Day 3 - I cut up the chicken and add it in a sauce made with onion, garlic, calamata olives, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, hot cherry vinegar peppers, chopped tomatoes in a can , 1/2 cup red wine,(fry onion, garlic, cherry peppers, mushrooms and throw in a pot with all other ingredients till it bubbles a few minutes than toss in the chicken) serve over a little bit of spaghetti

Turkey breast for me!! I have started making a butterball breast every Monday. Great to snack on anytime, and it can be added to so many things to make a meal.
Yesterday, I made poached eggs for breakfast. I didn't want to put them on toast like usual, so i put them on two nice slices of Turkey breast...... OMG it was sooooooo good!!!
I have also enjoyed the pre cooked frozen chicken breasts that Trader Joe's has. Quick and easy to add to any meal.0 -
I like chicken the best
do not care for red meats! I also don't like pork. Really, I am a chicken person. I like turkey sometimes, but not all the time.
I like nuts, seeds, peanut butter, hummus, lentils and other legumes.0 -

Nuts are more of a fat source, I don't really eat those for protein. My favorite sources are eggs (omelet style stuffed with cheese and/or avocado), quest bars (double chocolate chunk & coconut cashew), protein powders (current fave it trutein pumpkin pie), boca spicy chik'n patties, and fage non-fat plain greek yogurt mixed with a couple of packets of stevia and heath candy pieces or chocolate chips.0

I love fish! Yellow fin Tuna steaks. (I love Orcabay brand- they come frozen pre-packaged) and are sustainable!
They also have same protein as chicken breast but less calories (also lower in fat and cholesterol than chicken.)0 -
You guys made me soo hungry!! I am going to go and cook one of your ideas:)0

I found a new way to cook eggs, scrambled eggs boiled in zip-lock but is it unhealthy? Is cooking it in plastic a bad idea?0
