  • I started the paleo diet ten days ago so I know exactly how you feel. If it helps, my headaches were only on the 3rd and 4th days and they weren't debilitating; more like a dull pain. Of course, everyone is different, and your headaches might be worse than mine but keep telling yourself that it'll pass. I was addicted to…
  • I would just work out more the next day, and eat better, too. Don't beat yourself up over it because guilt and disappointment might just make you binge again. Shake it off (literally) and remind yourself that everyday is a God given chance for all of us to be better ourselves.
  • Ha ha! It's only depressing if you can't laugh at yourself. Add me, too. One can never have too many friends.

  • Wow, this is a good routine. Thanks, I'll try it, too.
  • you can add me. I just started so I could use all the support I can get. I have to stick to 1200 calories/day, too.
  • OMG, yes! To make matters worse, my husband is the same way. He's one of those people who can't sleep, no matter how late it is, unless they wind down first by watching television in bed. For some reason, this is the time we get the munchies and it's usually for something sweet, like chocolate :grumble:
  • Has anyone ever tried the paleo diet (aka caveman diet)?
  • hi Sarah! Wow! 8 lbs? That's great. I've been using another website to track my calories and workouts but I think I'm gonna switch to myfitnesspal since I'm always looking up the nutrition value in this site anyway. I have been working out about three to four times a week but it's very discouraging because I haven't lost a…
