Yup, lost about a size. Just tried on some golf shoes this morning and was shocked to be in a size 13 now. All my shoes are loose.

Daily, but only pay attention to long term trends. As you can see below, I fluctuate a lot and would rather ignore the up and down on a daily basis than deal with the disappointment of a weekly result showing a gained 3lbs just because of one of the random fluctuations.

Wearing pants that are 36x36. I was in college the last time I wore that size. I'm 52 now. :-)

No races as of yet, but my 5K split time this morning was 27:08. My first run was xmas day and the split time then was 37:31. Wouldn't have noticed that if not for the question. I'm pretty excited about the progress over 4 months.

Portland half marathon in October. Ran 10K at a sub 9:00 per mile pace last weekend, so I'm feeling like it may actually work out. When I signed up back at the beginning of the year, I'd run a sum total of 3 miles in the last month. It was also a sum total of 3 miles in the last ten years as well. :-)

I'm in the every day but don't pay much attention to it club. I've found that my weight does not go off in nice even linear chunks, but bounces up and down by up to 5 lbs a day. 6'7" and started at about 283, though I probably got close to 290 at my peak. It's pretty exciting as I'm about a 5 weeks in and I'm already down a couple of notches on my belt.
