A lot of people say what you did (in the title of your post) but sounds like you really don't... Just remember though, weight loss is 85% what you put in your mouth and 15% exercise. Don't get discouraged, if you are eating right, it WILL come off. Getting some exercise does make you feel awesome though, so it sounds like…

Wish I could remember which comedian said this... "That cute little dolphin tattoo on a young girl will turn into a Beluga whale when she gets old". Reason enough for me ????

My 20 yr old niece asked how much I'd lost (it was 15 at the time), she said, "Yeah, well I'd go for 15 more." I told her I was buying her "Mean Girls" for Christmas, so sad she got her feelings hurt...

I love your post! You have clearly figured it out, and you are my new role model. My new motto is "Leave room (a.k.a. Calories) for a daily treat". Life really is better with cookies ????

Thank you all for your responses. Today I did goblet squats with db and bar only squats which is ok for now just starting out. My concern was injury after I add heavy weight. Thanks though for good advice, no more squats on the Smith ???? Someone mentioned the leg press as a sub for squats --is this a viable option?…

I know this is going to sound counterintuitive, but it did work for my friend's teenage daughter. http://www.theoilcleansingmethod.com/ Good luck to you, very frustrating problem...

Recently I had gotten in the 1-2 a day diet coke habit. Coincidentally I also started having pain in my right hip joint. Years ago I had the same thing when I was drinking a lot of diet Dr pepper. I quit my diet drinks "just to see" if it would help and within 3 days my hip pain was gone. I tried one drink a week later and…
