Less appetite
On the days I lift I have no appetite afterwards. In the old days I would have celebrated this but I now know I need to come close to calorie/macro goals and therefore I make myself eat, though I don't feel like it. No squat rack available
My YMCA has no squat rack available. For the first week I have been using the Smith Machine (don't boo me) because I'm not sure how else to manage a squat with no rack. Any advice?
