Has anyone here ever tried

LiveFit w/ Jamie Eason, or any of the other 'programs' on Bodybuilding.com? I want to start lifting to lose fat but I'm not sure how to create my own plan and I can't hire a PT. I have been using the machines and barbells at the gym but feel so unorganized--like I'm not really accomplishing anything.
Also, if you've tried one of these plans, please tell me which one and if it worked for you. They have several and I'm not sure which one to try--Livefit looks appealing b/c it is directed at women and seems similar to what I've read about NROLFW.

    eat at a deficit.

    lift.

    win.

doing something is better than doing nothing- almost any program you stick with and eat at a deficit will help you lose.

I've heard great things about LiveFit, but haven't done it myself (no gym access). The All Pro beginner routine on the bb.com forum is a good, solid beginner's program, too. Really, just find a good, known lifting program you'll stick with and go for it.

I'm new to this site; I've been using loseit for four years, and have dropped from 240ish to 200. I'm now in the middle of the third week of P90X and I'm noticing the predictable gain from muscle vs. fat, up to 206. Question is ... the nutrition program does not recommend maintaining a deficit during the 90-day program. Fuel the machine and all that. What I've done is set a goal of 0.5 lbs/wk and then trying to weigh heavy on protein. Sometimes succeeding sometimes not. I've been coming in close to goal and not going over.

Question is should I set a maintenance goal instead? I'd kind of like to lose another 15 lbs, but with strength training I don't know if that'll be possible.
