Anybody seen the book "Lose 10 pounds in 10 days" by Jackie Warner (the celebrity trainer that used to be on Bravo)? Her diet (the first 10 day phase) is 948 calories a day. This doesn't seem healthy to me for even 10 days though she claims the low calories aren't a problem b/c of the high nutrient value of the foods you are eating.
Please don't attack--I am not advocating this diet...just curious if anyone has any experience/knowledge about it.
