You are so inspiring! I am just recently realizing that maybe 'dieting' is a crock. I have been trying to make better choices meal by meal, move more and stay under my calorie goal--lo and behold, it seems to be working! (not to say I've abandoned all tricks like fewer carbs at night--this helps too. :smile: )

i'm with ashleybreanna! (though it sounds like we are in the minority) one thing i am most looking forward to is being back in a B cup--running for one thing (YES they get in the way unless you have an industrial strength bra :) also gravity is not kind to older girls...

I have a Schwinn bike computer that I got at Walmart--best bike accessory I ever bought. It was only a little over $10 but tells time, speed, average speed, max speed, distance, etc. The setup was a little time consuming, but well worth it to me...
