I'm not saying its the right thing for everyone, I dont think i personally could do it because it would cause me to want more however it did work for her and she has been able to keep it off as well...I think it just depends on who you are, I know many people it wouldnt work for however it clearly does work for some people…

Also i know some people that found themselves more successful without useing a the scale because it just depressed and dicouraged them. They lost the weight just the same.

Has anyone tried writing what they are going to eat the day before so your not in the kitchen looking, I think i would be less likely to over eat or eat too much junk if i had a plan? Any results with that?

I bought a kitchen scale today! Now that i can see im at my calorie goal before dinner even rolls around! good thing i am good about my workouts i would have alot more to lose lol
