  • I have also heard this alot however i disagree i dont think its that far off, for instance today MFP told me i burned 845 calories with all my workouts and i actually burned 835....so not too big a difference at all. and its generally not far off at all.

  • thanks everyone, One day at a time is how im trying to looks at it..its just hard as im sure all of you have experianced! I actually feel like i did worse today then i do on a normal day its like since i told myself i cant have this junk anymore its all i wanted and i couldnt stop.
  • also now that it has been this long she is able to add it in in small portions throughout her diet.... basically it was just easier fir her to start that way so she wasnt craving her favories for the first little but and was able to keep it up long enough to kick the cravings
