Yup happened to me too. I had a Lap Band put in about 10 years ago (failed miserably) but on the much reduced foods that are eaten for 30 days after I had torrential diareah. Doctor just said it was the body ridding itself of stored toxins and such. It stopped after a few days.

Get some new positive friends! She is possibly trying to subtly bring you down as she is jealous of your success. Sadly, this happens a lot between women.

Do you have access to a nutritionist? They can help you plan menus and such. I think you may find that if you add a few more calories you will start to lose. If you try that and STILL don't lose, perhaps consider having your thyroid checked by your GP (simple blood test) to make sure all is okay in that department. Cheers!…

Hard to say without seeing your food journal but it looks like you are undereating based on what you have listed. Your body can be VERY stubborn when you are in starvation mode. Have you tracked how many calories you are eating a day and how many you are burning through all of your exercise? Take Care, Jen

Oh so many to count - One of the worst would be Mc Chicken with Extra Sauce, Big Mac, Large fries with 6 mc chicken sauces, Large Fruitopia, apple pie and hot fudge sundae. BARF. Have eaten a pound of gourmet chocolate in 1 sitting a few times.

Hello - I can understand the desire to lose quicky - been there done that! The problem is as others have said: you will canabalize muscle (including your heart muscle) for fuel and possibly go into starvation mode.
