I dropped 50lbs since the end of June 2016 :) Never thought Id do it but I did it!!! I did a combo of moderate to low carb, higher fat and calorie counting, and strength training.

This is instinctively what I feel, trying to walk that middle ground, don't want to cut out all together but just trying to 'budget' and spend my cals wisely 80percent, with 20percent just for taste/what I fancy. well unless you are drinking more than 6-8 cups a day I wouldn't worry about it, its minimal. I love my splenda and I figure it saves me so many cals compared to what I would be eating if it were sugar! enjoy it guilt free say I!! :)

I agree with those who said RI30 is harder! And its a few minutes longer as well. I do both, at the moment, 5 days out of 7, and switch the levels around a bit for variation depending on how much/little other exercise i'm doing that day. Love them both, a great workout in a short time. Love Jillian!
