6 months - 23kg (51 lbs) down with pics

I've been on MFP for a few days over 6 months now and am happy with the way things are going - logging my food diary combined with the Withings wifi scale seems to work very well, averaging a weight loss of just under 1kg a week.

I started out at 161.7kg (356 lbs) in April and am currently at 138.3kg (305 lbs) by only reducing calorie intake, little to no additional exercise although I do walk home from work occasionally, weather permitting. I'll soon be looking to take on 2-3 short sessions a week on an exercise bike to keep the weight loss going and start to work on my physical condition.

This now brings me at about one third of my weight loss goal.
