I'm looking for assistance for the same reason. I also can't get MFP to connect with any of the MapMyFitness apps. It says it syncs within MMF, but does not show its connected when I go back onto MFP and the data isn't visible.

Thanks everyone! I made it through my day just fine. I just kept telling myself "You've got this!" and kept busy. Cravings subsided after I had a protein rich lunch. I too get super hungry after a workout and usually grab a protein drink afterwards to help. CHEERS! Michelle

The thing I hated most about exercise was sweating. EWWWW! lol I hated the feel of my clothes wet and clinging to all my extra rolls and curves. I felt like a spectacle at the gym and was so incredibly self concious. I no longer go to the gym, I have 3 small children 5 and under at home and can't take the time to go out…

Before fitness pal, I didn't move as much, and I certainly didn't eat as much. I've doubled what I was eating in the past and its just now that I'm seeing pounds being shed. With…

Thanks for post all humour aside (although I'd rather take it with a dose of humour), I know increasing my intake is my biggest key to success. Without an adequate amount of water, I retain water like crazy. I had a c-section 5 months ago and ballooned up 20 pounds in the 3 days following my surgery. Without drinking…

What an inspiration you are to us all, able bodied or with limitations, we can ALL do this with hard work and determination. There are no gimmicks or tricks to losing, just learning how to fuel our bodies to build a metabolic fire that burns up our stores of fat. Way to go! You look great. Michelle

Hi! My name is Michelle and I'm a 37 year old stay at home wife and mother to 3 little ones ages 5, 3 and 4 months. I've always dealt with weight issues my entire life. I was the chubby child, awkward teen who was uncomfortable in my own excessive skin, self-concious adult with self-esteem issues. I thought I would be…
