I sure as hell wouldn't be happier with my dinner taking hours to prepare...

It was linked to bladder cancer in rats when saccharin (sweet 'n low) was combined with cyclamates (an artificial sweetener banned in the US). Even then it apparently was determined that the cancer developed due to some kind of mechanism that is unique to rats and not people.…

If I drink sugar, my blood glucose goes up extremely high and various damages are done which can contribute to a variety of issues down the road as I have a medical condition. Aspartame and Splenda do not do these things to me. So no, artificial sweeteners are not probably more harmful to me than sugar.

lol whut You don't need to be a certified anything to know that dogs benefit from fresh foods like egg yolks what do you think their kibbles are made from? Dirt and plastic?

For your information, at your convenience if you so choose to read: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1308408-why-aspartame-isn-t-scary

That's great! Also while eating omega threes, I've heard it's good to lower excessive intake of omega 6.
-
I'd suggest some salmon oil capsules or eating salmon. Aspartame are amino acids

*looks at 40+ years of research* Yup, I'm fine with it. Way to go MickeyD's!

fat keeps you full, true. but so does protein.
-
Well, plenty of people in this thread have explained why. *shrug*

I would suggest you only eat a small amount, like a half a tablespoon to start. Chia seeds are a great source of protein and fiber and ALAs but if you're like me and not used to high levels of fiber is can cause some discomfort at first if you overdo it on the first go. That being said they're a great addition to yogurts,…

I would strongly suggest using a very hard aged cheese. Those tend to have the least lactose. Softer usually = more lactose

Sweet N' Low for tea. I don't sweeten coffee. As for more natural stuff agave is pretty different and not bad.

Any chocolate not tarnished with the blood and sweat of child slavery...

Yeah. McDoubles also have fresh produce and meat in them so it seems better than ramen and easy mac. Just cause it's from MickeyD's don't mean it's bad

I don't know anything about Earth Balance, but if you don't like butter I encourage you to try some grass-fed ghee.

Typically, I crave human blood/flesh, just like most velociraptors trying to live life in these crazy modern urban areas!

Uhhh...I'm 5'9 and my goal is 153. I'm pretty hot at 175 so I might not go down that low. Currently 210. Was 253.

No, you don't need sugar.

I would try perhaps a food with higher protein. The food you're currently using sounds fine but is 30% protein which is on the lower end for cat food. Grain free is good but grains free can still be higher carb, which an obligate carnivore like a cat doesn't normally do well with in the long term. I would perhaps consider…

I do give my cats salmon oil supps and I do see a difference with them. i don't eat like swordfish or the really big tunas or shark or anything like that. Also I thought the selenium in fish binds to the mercury or something (I dunno where I read that one) so it's not as bad as people say but I don't know.

I like two sausage patties with two-three duck eggs and some cheese with some greek yogurt and chia seeds. Yum and so full not interested in lunch.
-
Ghee is butterfat only.
-
LOL yeah okay. After I finish this bottle, I'll ditch it and just eat the fish.

I agree that paleolithic man likely ate seeds and grains. Evolutionarily speaking, even 100k years doesn't seem to be enough time to physiologically adapt to it but whatever. I'm not a paleo person.
